Gluten-free Cupcakes from a Trendy Shop? Yes!

Last weekend I order a dozen gluten-free cupcakes from Gigi’s Cupcakes in Sandy Springs. It was exciting to find fully-decorated, main-stream cupcakes at a local shop so readily available. They were not cheap, $35.31, but well worth the time saved.

These cupcakes were beautifully decorated and were a big hit at the party. Several of my friends and family are also gluten-free and it was fantastic to be able to serve something that I didn’t have to bake.

Gigi’s has gluten-free cupcakes for sale daily, but I’m not sure I can justify the sugar intake on a regular basis. However, I am looking forward to the next occasion and excuse to buy more.

Those topics have been covered pretty well, I think. (more…)
